Many years ago I had a niece die in a crash caused by a pit maneuver, the police pit the man he lost control and crossed from the south bound lane into the north bound and hit her head on. My sister fought the state for years for wrongfull death it almost bankrupt her. She passed away in 2017 without ever getting justice. I'm at the age now that hypothetically if something like that happens to my children not one cop involved or their family would ever forget my name they would make training videos for what I would do. No pursuit is worth someone's life, especially an innocent person driving home from work or collage. Cops should be smarter
