The woman is right. This is not about him being abused by her. He has put his hands on her (and he blames her for that!) so it goes both ways. She has admitted to being unfaithful. That doesn't mean he can subject her to tests and beat her round the head with all his hurt feelings and angst. He needs to respect her as an equal and go to counselling with her where they can speak without intimidation and with respect. Otherwise they need to go their separate ways.
