Waybook Feature Releases: Microsoft Teams Integration, New Improved Search, Waybook Context and more

Amazing AI search updates! And the inclusion of Context is brilliant! I've personally found it difficult to get set up with Waybook because I have so much information that is sort of in flux and not settled SOP knowledge. I love how with Context I can have a place to gather all the information, data, notes, conversations, etc. and then start to make sense of it all with the assistance of AI to build out the actual knowledge base/SOPs. Looking forward to see how Context progresses in development.

Hi Steve, thats great to hear thanks for your comment. Yes indeed, thats exactly the intention with Context and we're very excited about what's available in existing accounts and what's in testing on our side already. In short you'll soon be able to drop all of your knowledge, files, insights, thoughts, transcripts etc into Context and Waybook will be able to build out your single source of truth for you. You can approve and amend as nessecary. Essentially: Where information becomes knowledge.

​@@WaybookApp that's awesome! Can you also build in a Context notes feature that can be used to quickly type notes directly into context? It would be so much easier to be able to type up a quick note while I'm already in Waybook, rather than have to open Word, then create a document, and then save it, and then upload it. What do you think? 🤞🏼

Hi Steve, now you're really talking our language - you'll be pleased to know that you can now already add in raw text files directly into your Waybook and incase you don't want to type you can also just talk directly into context and it will store it as a text file for you. (The voice to text is still in testing)
