I love baskets! I’m always on the lookout for good baskets for working in the garden. You’ve inspired me to do something with my hair.. think young .. we only get old when we start thinking old. No goodwill by me, too rural but there are a couple mom and pop thrifts… garage sales are my thrifting means. Can’t wait to see the new house!

Just a funny thing I noticed this week ... on our street there is a cute little house for sale with a really amazing chicken coop & I was surprised to read in the listing that the chickens were included in the house sale! 🙂

I hate overhead lighting as well. It causes anxiety. However being able to see is so important lol the lamp solution is a great compromise.

My husband and I tried (eventually succeeded) to buy land with three old fixture upper houses on it and it's impossible to get a conventional loan. We did manage to get a loan through Grand Savings Bank based on the appraisal of the land, but it came with a not great interest rate and a big down payment. Not sure if you have that bank in your area but they could be helpful!

Yes! We have LEARNED so much!! And in a Hurry! We went in and talked with a smaller bank and learned about options like this.

Coming from a 60 year old woman nothing is worth stressing about. It will suck the life-out of you . I have stressed my whole life and it has caused so many health issues for me . If you can go for a walk or meditate

I have had my hair done professionally…and I worked in a Salon as an apprentice. I don’t like having other people do my hair lol 😂

I don’t think that would work with my control issues lol 😂. I’ll get grandparents to help with the baby while we’re moving/fixing. My big kids are also really helpful in a lot of different ways.
