Most horrible company to order from!!! You were late and the item came broken. Before the item even left my house my wife was told they were already processing the replacement and if we wanted to cancel that was no problem. I got home 30 minutes later, and I decided I was unhappy and was going to go with someone else. Customer service told me they did not have the option to cancel, and I should wait 24 hours to try again. So, I did. Now you want to charge me $200 for canceling the replacement!

Indeed, they are not straight forward to deal with
