Waymo handled the traffic, cyclists and pedestrians as well or better than the average human.

I wonder if a car locks itself off within a certain range so it can get back to charge? I always thought these were Hybrids but they are EV's you once said?

Yes, and yes

Thanks JJ, but please retitle to: "High-maintenance rider invites Waymo into construction zone, then complains and demands extra air conditioning". Just kidding!

Lol gonna be straight with you, I edited this like a month and a half ago so I don't really remember if I actually did that or not

@@JJRicks Thanks for understanding! I actually totally appreciate what you and Kevin and others are doing to test these systems to max and make entertaining and educational videos in the process. Keep up the great work!

@@KevinChen5 Go for it, Kevin! I was also pondering a title about the KZbin Waymo junkies like me, that are hooked on the great work that you and JJ and others are doing, yet audacious enough to crack jokes. When this stuff all works even better (and that is improving every day), you guys will have played a critical role in getting us there, including helping people appreciating how good this tech really is and helping Waymo identify the rare cases when it is less than perfect. BTW, another addiction for me is checking who got hit (normally killed) by human driving errors. Yeah, that is honestly hard to follow (so depressing!) and not nearly as fun as your and JJ's Waymo videos. This is one reason I'm so hopeful for Waymo, since those sad cases often involve dumb human behaviors while driving, like drinking, texting, speeding, sleeping, road raging, and so on, that we know the Waymos won't ever do. Again, keep up the great work guys!
