Katie and Sadie were based off of 2007 stereotypes, like all the other characters, and they were like the best BFF's who actually kinda hated each other, like fully obsessive love/hate, which was definitely a stereotype in film during that era, so Katie and Sadie imo were great for what they were supposed to be, but i absolutely agree, Wayne and Raj are absolutey the un-insufferable versions of them and I LOVE THEM

Out of the two of them, I like Wayne the most. He may seem dim, but he remains both optimistic and motivated during challenges, uses how hockey-based strategies and wordplay to lead the team to win, supported Raj when he comes out as gay, is friendly towards everyone (even his enemies), and he doesn’t know the meaning of the word “quit”. He’s the greatest male player of the whole reboot - change my mind!

You know what? I've this feeling they should have been one of its couples (maybe "The Hockey Dudes" or something), but then the producers/writers thought they were too comparable to the Ice Dancers (both patriotic, sporting on ice...), and so replaced them with Geoff and Brody (that are WAY similar to them). Then, when the new season was in the works, they took their concept back from the oubliette they stored it into (as Cameron's first design was taken back for Mickey and Jay in The Ridonculous Race). But that's just my theory...

I'm scared about next season: they NEED to make it further! They are not just fan favorites but the best representation of masculine characters in this cast. I want them to get into some more "drama" (this is Total Drama after all), they CANNOT get liminated together once again, and they should argue with each other at least once or twice (hopefully in a way that doesn't get them instantly eliminated though). I feel like a POSSIBLE arc for them could easily be: -Wayne being jealous of how mcuh time Raj starts spending with Bowie. -Raj relizing that Bowie is pretty evil.

I hope next season we get to see a bit more of Wayne. I feel like he was often overshadowed by Raj, though not a bad thing. Wayne and Zee are definitely my favorite of the new cast, with Raj, Damien, and Priya not too far behind. I wanna see how Wayne goes without Raj, a Development I think season two can really offer. Put them both on different teams, develop Wayne to have a close friend just like Raj has his relationship with Bowie. I can see them doing something Like a Geoff and Bridgette with him? Or even have Wayne be a massive underdog who makes it really far even without his best friend.

I would personally prefer for Raj to make it further without Wayne, because it does seem like Wayne acts like the leader, in his oown words he is "the captain" and they are all about their team.
