As a Broncos fan, totally agree that Hackett should been fired. In the Broncos game which ha bad weather and aging quarterback, Hackett should had run the ball. The Jets had the lead the majority of game, so it would make sense to run the ball. Running the ball kills the clock and prevents Rodgers get sacked five times. Having Rodgers throw the ball over 40 times in a 10 to 9 score game is insane. He did the same thing in Denver and kept throwing the ball and the team couldn’t execute that offense

Ulbrich has nothing to lose. He shouldn’t be concerned about hurting the Primadonna QB’s feelings. This is an opportunity of a lifetime for him to either take the wheel and become head coach here or possibly somewhere else so I don’t think he’s going to stoke Rodgers ego and be kind and thoughtful for Hackett. If Hackett (and we know he will because he’s so uncreative) screws up Ulbrich will make adjustments IF he bends to Rodgers and fails he’s only hurting his future on many levels.

Funny how so many are blaming Rodgers. When the team looks the same as it has since saleh and crew got here. The only difference is the QB actually can throw a pass . The great defense gives up 10 minute field goal drives that sucks . Then the offense has to be perfect cause if they go 3 and out they won’t see the ball for a half hour. The offense just stinks. The line no matter who is playing looks like shit , that’s coaching , receivers in wrong places , tight ends can’t block , atrocious play calling , penalties , do they know how to run some kind of counter when a defense is swarming ? Johnson did that family a favor by drafting him high so the kid could get his money for the business he wanted to start. The kid should have never been drafted in the first three rounds.
