Something HUGE I've been praying for for 16+ years just happened tonight after finding this meditation just last night!! I haven't known if my adopted son was alive or passed and tonight out of nowhere I got confirmation he is alive but also saw photos of him!! To see his face after 16 years was life altering! To know he's ok and well cared for is exactly what I've been praying for every night for over a decade. Coincidence?! Who cares!! Guilt over the past and fear of the future. @lizzettorres1111 The key to true freedom is to let go of control. Stop fighting yourself. Here's an exercise. Find a quiet dimly lit place. Now close your eyes and breath. Now, whenever you have a thought bring your attention to the feeling of your hands without thought. It's that tingly sensation. You don't think I have hands you simply know it. Now as you do this you start to see the actual point of meditation. You are not the thoughts. You are not the thinker you are the one who observes the thoughts. Definitionally because if you were your thoughts you would be unable to exist in a state of no thought. You are the awareness of existence. The same awareness that allows electrons and other particles to interact, for if you are aware of nothing you are the one beyond all concepts, you are simply the one. Now that is your true identity, but that overcomplicates the process.

I am so sorry for your loss. My mother passed away on Easter this year Ive never experienced a loss so terribly hard to get past. She was my Best friend always there for me no matter what. I feel so lost without her. The only thing that helps getting over the loss of a loved one is time. We never get over them we only get use to life without them. I have only listened to this for 1 night and woke up to the most incredible news! I had been going through a difficult time. Just relocated to a new city was doing pretty well and then my car broke down. The repair cost was over 7000 and normally I would have had that but with the move across country and some other expenses I didn't have it! Smh I've been on the verge of losing everything because I lost my income and I live so remotely its extremely difficult to get around without a car! Anyway....... I woke up to finding out I'm moving to a new office located near the ⛱ Beach in a beautiful historic district! I will now be able to get a car as well and some good news regarding a sudden lump sum of money came this morning!!!! This Manifestation really works! @@neil9383 Yes! Skye Dyer was one of the only "cool" kids I ever met who radiated pure light, kindness, and honesty. Almost every other one of the "cool" kids were not this way. When I say she had the voice of an angel I do mean it. Skye sang in front of our entire school, Spanish River HS, as a Freshman which was unheard of. While watching her you would never know if she was the slightest bit nervous. I remember in 1993 she frequently sang Mariah Carey songs. Do you believe Mariah Carey has terrible stage fright? 9th grade Skye Dyer was absolutely fearless and unshakeable. These are things I remember about her decades later. I didn't know as a kid WHY she was the way she was. Now that I know WHY, I have to do this too. Something is changing in me also. Suddenly, everybody around wants me to watch their children which seems like progress. Hopefully, I can learn the serenity and courage I found in a little girl born from Dr. Wayne Dyer. PS. Skye has videos all over KZbin. Tune into a couple and watch/listen from yourself. What you see is what we got from her 365.25 days a year.

Coming back to give an update. Since ive been listening, i have seen changes for the positive. Finances have dramatically increased. My health also has improved a lot. I believe this video makes you pinpoint ur needs. I actually heard his voice in my dreams coming out of other peoples mouth that were in my dreams. Christ my lord had all of my results delovered to me all i was lacking was this tool i need to funnel my needs. I pray you all find peace/love all your needs met.

I too listened to this when I put on a playlist for bed, thought “oh this is great”, only it showed up in my dreams in the weirdest way and not how I had anticipated. For some reason I think I have a hard time with affirmations that use “I AM”. I usually absorb the “YOU ARE” affirmations better seemingly in my dreams. Because when I hear the I AM affirmations in a dream state, I usually take it as someone talking to me, and TELLing me what “they are” or believe they are bragging about themselves. So it has yet to work well for me. In my dream, (and btw my subconscious means no offense to the author), I dreamt that there was a cult leader announcing all these things (the video affirmations) to a group of people, like saying to them how great he is, and all these people were fawning over him, and I was the only one in that crowd that could see right through him, and was like, “this guy has got you hypnotized”. And couldn’t figure out why everyone was so enamored with him. I totally thought he was trying to convince everyone to become a follower of his and all I could think was this guy is a cult leader!” lol perhaps that stems from all the god talk in the video, IDK I also see some political references in there as well perhaps... Any case, It was so strange, and definitely not the intended effect I was going for! lol I woke up half way through, and had to turn it off!

I have heard this for the very 1st time tonight. I stated out just listening, and then stated repeating it time after time .. I then got up at 3 am and wrote it down on my prayer journal and rehearsed it & rehearsed it until I had it down pay.. the more & more I said it after memorizing. I literally began to feel a peace & calmness come over my body. I have been fighting a MASSIVE legal battle against my ex husband who abused me horrifically, stole my 2 younger daughters and stripped me of a single penny that I have been trying to get any Attorney over the last 3+ yrs. I am now 100% certain a break in my case will see that the whole divorced was rigged that I have attempted to tell everyone about that is now going to be brought to light and more then likely will hit the news media. This is a MASSIVE COVERUP in the legal & Judicial system in Houston, Tx. That IS going to be seen. I attest all of this to ALL of these things such as this has changed my whole life, perspective & outcome .. This is life changing what you hearing right here.. please just be patient things WILL change for you also. WE have the power in our words, and mental thoughts to change not only our lives but those around us.. I am a BELIEVER!!! I have FAITH and have seen the power of this overturn my divorce & is going to bring my 2 girls back to me.. Praise GOD!!

Jesus was the only one who died on a cross as payment for our sins. He was buried, then conquered death by raising to life again 3 days later, according to scripture. He came to give us eternal life.
