I am beyond grateful I discovered Wayne. After listening to many of his speeches.. talks.. I found myself feeling very emotional about him having passed a few years before I discovered him. He is my guru, my teacher, my teacher in healing myself and I love him. It's not too late, as long as you aren't on your death bed, you still have an opportunity. ❤️🙏✌️

Wayne Dyer has been a favorite of mine for many years, and often seemed larger than life itself. There are so very few that could ever articulate the numerous, timeless nuggets of wisdom that have touched the lives of so many. I find myself wishing that I could have met him,......and yet, through his many works, perhaps I already have. Even more importantly,.....I feel that ive come to know myself better. Thank you, Wayne for speaking for us, and to us all these years. R.I.P

Mike danger blessings Love and light. this was his first book written in the 70's. I read it after my first son died. The PTSS was horrible..like A veteran from a war... I overcame the guilt and realised it was not my fault. By controlling our thoughts we can change our feelings. Sure it's an ongoing process. abuse is everywhere here on the net. But those people are so unhappy they need our compassion. luv to you and yours 😊💋❤✌✌

I was 14 when I read this book and have and continue to revisited every 20-21 years to check in, and remember. I was raised not to be selfish that's what I bought into; However, I am Selfless and I , Love💗All, Serve All, and Live with No regrets. Next!( I had come to believe) isn't this why we are here - at least to my belief after Soul Searching and have become Truer to me💙 and yet Selfless. ( Just My Own Experience/s on this Journey called life). Another thing that stuck with me was what a Nun Once told Me, passing through Life, "Its None of Your Business What Others Think of You". 💗Hold Space in knowing you have a choice in how You , See, and Believe Things to Be So.

Don't die with your music still within you....is my favourite of the ten points shared! Thank u for sharing!
@strewf8 жыл бұрын
We don't need your music out here. Feel free to die with it still inside you. What difference will it make to you where it remains?
@Zabribrite8 жыл бұрын
Be nice! Respect other's good wishes. There are only two polarities. Choose your end of the pole carefully--love or indifference.
@strewf8 жыл бұрын
alberte ravix Are you responding to my comment? If so, why would a person have to externalise their inner music? What would they gain by that? It sounds narcissistic. Why not simply acknowledge and appreciate your music internally? Would loving yourself involve externalising that love. Would it be necessary to run down the street shouting "Oh, I DO love myself!" Dyer found it necessary to externalise his music because he was full of a sense of his own importance. He believed his music was more relevant than other people's music. In fact, he believed his music was the right music, while other people's music was the wrong music, in need of correction. So, die with you music firmly inside you, appreciate by the only person who could ever hope to fully comprehend where it came from and what it means. By the way, at least THREE of Dyer's "soulmates" found his music intolerable, along with many other individuals.
@strewf8 жыл бұрын
alberte ravix Also, the poles are Love and Fear. Fear is the one that makes people externalise their music.
@Zabribrite8 жыл бұрын
Yes, loving yourself means externalizing just like you are externalizing your disapproval. We tend to share who we are with the world.

Brilliant and so selfless in sharing his spiritual awakening and wisdom. Wayne Dyer gave so much to the world. Well read and widely travelled he took the best from all over, assimilated and synthesised the philosophy from all the corners of the world and gave it his unique flavour. I love listening to him and always learn so much from it. I do think I often used self-rejection attitudes and should work more to improve my self-esteem. I need to do specific things and use strategies for new responses to enhance my self-worth and reward myself.

Singing is something everyone can do. There is a voice within you that needs to be discovered. Two reasons why people can't sing is because 1) They are told time and time again that they can't sing 2) They pick a song beyond their range so that they will fail. A self-fulfilling prophesy. If you know yourself, and realistically take on a song that you have a connection to and that you can handle and memorize and practice singing the lyrics, you will surprise yourself. This is one discovery that once confirmed, will convince you what Dyer says about ridding yourself of "I can't."
@stevenhoog14 жыл бұрын
I cannot sing. I don’t know if I’m on key or not. I’m not in touch with my feelings a lot but I’m in touch w my mind my thoughts; but my feelings my soul my feelings that stunted is using my mind to sing not my heart. My hearts closed and I can’t dance or sing. I can do other things to the finest levels one could ever get.
@cyworld27074 жыл бұрын
@@stevenhoog1 If you can speak, you can sing. A great speech, like MLK, is essentially the elements of song, emphasis on key words, pauses, and variations of tone and pitch.

This is helping me get through a bad break up and a terrible relationship where I was and did some things that I was extremely ashamed of I’m still coping with it and trying to forgive myself for my mistakes and forgive her for her mistakes. The mornings are the toughest part and I have dreams about her sometimes, that sucks a lot but I’m praying and listening to Wayne dyer almost everyday. I have a good job a place to stay which we shared together. Sometimes I’m really hard on myself and worry about the future I’m 28 years old but it definitely worries me I’m just trying to be a better person a better man but all in all he’s helping me change my life for the better

The thumbs up is what subconsciously influences an opinion or commentary. Not many people will express their thoughts without regard of getting a lot of thumbs up. You can practice Dyer's teaching by writing commentaries without regard to readers approval. Be glad that your opinion isn't censored and posted as you intended to.

to get rid of negativity you must stop SELF DOUBT. you must take responsibility for your choices and your mind processing choices. you are entitled to be happy. it is your birth right to be happy. accept things as they are/REALITY. expect >50% disapproval. don't accept labels from the PAST. Who you are is what you think. if your label becomes your reality...I'm .......living the label. You CHOOSE your labels. stop the self defeating labels. get a hold of yourself and make a better choice. you are a choice making individual. you chose your own personality. you can create anything you want. don't let an old person move into your body. you don't get tired when you love what you do. guilt & worry.guilt is effective with conformity. most common guilt: I am not worthy. I.e. I will do all this with my bad back. effective immobilizer.past is over. if you process past with guilt....switch it to what u have learned. the past can not be changed so let it go and learn from it.guilt is useless emotion.don't chose guilt based on someone else approval. I.e. don't give into guilt or else someone else has control over you. be strong and resist the guilt. teach people guilt won't work. Worry payoff.what could I do in this moment to rid of the worry. it makes no sense to worry about things you have no control over. RELAX, FLOW, AND LET IT GO. GUILT AND WORRY ARE JUST EXERCISES. Don't waste energy on guilt and worry. ....fear of the unknown. most beautiful is the most mysterious.the teacher will show when student is ready. be open to new experiences.do a lot of things that are not secure. 1:00 Security is not ****
