The Souths players are bigger names than the rookie coach. You can't really tell how good a coach is until they have a poor roster. But if they can't get results with, what on paper is a top four side, then it's only a matter of time before the axe falls.

Come on it’s the fact the club has a great team ,but you have the club worrying about one player ?! Either put him in the centre’s make him actually do something or trade him for better prospects in the future , but don’t sack the coach whatever you do! The club should part ways with Mitchell as soon as possible., I honestly doubt he could make a rooster in any of the other teams in the NRL in 2024 only the Gold Coast If they have injures, should be able to get a spot in the Super League it’s slow as a wet blanket compared to the NRL.🏉🏉🏉 It needs to be changed because that comp in sub standard , millions of dollars running around in NSW cup ?! The NRL needs to wake up.., just throwing money down the drain , lone these players out to other clubs .The purpose is to get these players game time , experience, obviously not working running around in a second grade competition, just to get the payday , seem counterproductive considering the huge effort to promote the game in Las Vegas ?! It’s funny because if you look across the broad spectrum of the NRL there is enough players in NSW and QLD to easily bring in another club from New Zealand based in Christchurch.
