@Kenyan Rice Jr possibly, you may be correct. However, the difference between a serial killer and a contract killer is not the amount of persons killed by them but the motive behind it. The serial killer, kills because they have an irresistible impulse to kill, more like a mental disorder. A contract killer kills for profit or to enhance the fear that enables him or her to operate in that capacity. Killing an innocent person in the phone booth was to show fear to that young boy so he would always be able to carry out orders without question. It was a power move. Now I do not condone any form of killing , except in self defense but I am just saying that he was no serial killer but deserved the death penalty

It's how can you kill someone who trusts you how can you kill someone who loves you? Well I mean I guess on the streets there is no love. And then I guess by extension there are also kind of is no trust. There's a part in goodfella's when Joe Peschi's character is going to be made and they shoot him. This story reminds me a lot of that part. I remember ray Liotta calling it stuff Italians would do he called a grease ball shit. And that me is the real evil. It's killing people that you broke bread with is killing people that you had good times with it's killing people that you had a connection with. That to me is the unforgivable definition of evil.

Home of FBI. It seemed back then to only bred killers. All four corners where treacherous. Wayne’s section would be considered the least dangerous of Dc. So he and his hood, put on for that area. Never glorying! Jus giving outoftowners that understanding. Do your research, and look at the poverty in the nations capital throughout the 1970-1980s in Dc. One of the first major black city’s. @ravengyal2 жыл бұрын
All these people were sick af. No one man was better than the other. Alpo pumped drugs into a community full of people who look like him. He sold drugs to mothers, fathers, and probably children too. He also killed people both directly and indirectly. And correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t he also responsible for the kidnapping and murder of Rich Porter’s child brother? I know Alpo didn’t kill the child himself, but the story goes that he ordered the kidnapping that caused the child to lose his life
@LatrellDaGod2 жыл бұрын
@Raven Darkholme no he has nothing to do with Rich brother's kidnapping at all. That was all Rich uncle doing. Yes Alpo was a drug dealer and murderer. But so many ppl always screaming free Wayne Perry and downing Alpo for giving perry up. Even Alpo said Perry was a monster and was killing for no reason.
@ravengyal2 жыл бұрын
@@LatrellDaGod I don’t think that’s true. The guy in the video said that people in DC wouldn’t bail Wayne out of jail because he so out of control. Your narrative is not correct. Also, Alpo definitely ordered that child’s kidnapping. You should listen to the story again. He wasn’t the one who killed him and he probably didn’t intend for the child to be killed, but he still put the child in the position to be killed. Go read it again. All this was over money and Alpo ended up killing Rich anyway around the same time they were negotiating the release of the child. And that’s my point. All these people were killed for no reason. This was either over money, turf, or disrespect. Those are no good reasons to kill people. There are no lesser of two evils. Throw them all away
@LatrellDaGod2 жыл бұрын
@Raven Darkholme I'm 1000% sure Alpo has nothing to do with the kids getting kidnapped. Alpo was charged with 14 murders he confessed everything because he had to so that he would not get life without parole. Alpo did bond Wayne out for muscle he was new to DC and needed a hitter on his team. I've heard the story at least 30times. Alpo never killed anybody outside of the game other than a witness that Wayne actually killed outside of a Keith Sweat concert in DC. Wayne needed to be taken off the streets even Alpo felt that if Wayne ever knew where PO kept his stash, that Wayne would kill Alpo as well. He never trusted Wayne and had no issues giving Wayne up.
@ravengyal2 жыл бұрын
@@LatrellDaGod but I heard about the kidnapping from Alpo’s own mouth in one of those jailhouse interviews. You can probably find it right now here on KZbin. He said that he ordered the kid’s kidnapping in order to negotiate money from Rich. He then threw the murderer under the bus, saying that he was just supposed to hold the kid - not kill him. Love the content my dude, I’m a DC guy & I would love for you to do more on our city because it has a lot of legendary hustlers & gangsters. I come from a city where the leader of the world resides but also had some of the most dangerous neighborhoods & projects right around the corner. Their is so much street history you can cover in DC!!

@James Felix, that was just a figure of speech. The point was one of the most important people in the world lived in the most violent city in the world at that time. Not the U.S., the entire world.

@Ms Hurricane Toya You never heard me say I respect the things these people did. I just said it’s a lot of history & stories that can be told that a lot of people might don’t know anything about. The same way you were interested in this video you might be interested in some more, that’s all I meant.

This man is lying though. 26:40 is completely UNTRUE. Alpo never wanted Bighead killed. Wayne wanted Bighead Gary dead because he was complaining over a drug deal price. Plus Gary and Alpo weren't friends. Alpo was only his supplier of drugs. Wayne wasn't happy about it. Plus, Alpo wasn't nearly a boss. Wayne was exclusively the boss. He suggested and committed murders. Alpo went along with anything Wayne said just to stay safe. Plus, Wayne is they one who set Alpo up when Alpo got shot and nearly kidnapped. Alpo was by no gangleader as he's misrepresented as. He was merely a supplier. He was far from a killer also.

@@lamontmcdaniels322 Well, the original claims was that Wayne and Fray had a beef but Wayne went to Alpo with an accusation and asked what could he get if he killed Fray. Alpo told Wayne that Alpo would give him 10Grand and one of his cars. It was WAYNE that claimed some dude named Michael killed Fray, but I don't believe it. That's the only believable that Alpo said which was that Wayne killed Fray. Wayne was Fray's righthand man who betrayed and killed Fray over a false accusation, BUT Fray was so well respected that they person who killed Fray would have likely been killed which is why Wayne deny killing Fray. After Wayne befriended Alpo, Wayne set Alberto "Alpo" Martinez up to be kidnapped also, though Alpo was shot he wasn't caught. Wayne wanted to find Alpo's stash spots by having Alpo kidnapped. Bighead Gary was going to kill Wayne and Alpo for killing Fray and Wayne got hip to it and had Gary killed FIRST. Alpo had little to do with it. Wayne wanted to kill Fray anyway but wanted money also, so he simply want to Alpo with a lie and got paid for something that really didn't involve Alpo. Wayne suggested killing Gary after he get a hutch about Wayne and Alpo. Damn near everything Alpo said were lies.

This story is an example of how law enforcement will deliberately leave known killers on the loose to terrorize the black community. The cops don’t have a problem with harming or arresting unarmed black people but when some real stuff is going down suddenly no one knows what to do.
@gotchu0nscope5119 ай бұрын
bro they did it with the Mob too. One of their Capos known as the Grim Reaper w estimated 100+ murders and turned out to be an informant the whole time. Whitey Bulger in Boston was too. they let them kill and watch as they do it. It's just how the game is played and race doesn't play a role. And cops are more likely to shoot an unarmed W person per interactions/traffic stops then Blk people. So do your homework and stop bleating like a sheep you sound like a little girl whining
