My thoughts about this are that yea he could’ve escaped these different ways. But it all played out to show us who the Villain truly was. And I think the only reason that he chose a different code then us was because now that he knew we were the ones making choices he probably thought we were manipulating him in a way. But there was also the exit door and I’m sure Ranboo did want to leave but in his heart he might have not wanted anymore of the people he was with to die therefore he wanted to save Hetch and Charlie maybe because he had also felt the blame of all those other peoples death. Almost forgot about the axe I was also quite confused on why Charlie would want something smaller? I was sure they could maybe break something down with the axe in order to help them escape. But overall the series was absolutely amazing and enjoyed the acting and some fun that the actors had. 💗

It’s likely his character didn’t die - the message from the start was to kill the founder, and what did we do? We killed him. There’s also the moment with The Puzzler where he gets his lines wrong and Ranboo corrects him, as well as when he apologises for shocking him too harshly. I loved the concept for this series, a SAW like game show that briefly reveals how dark it really is between splapstick comedy. That death was also brutal, the two sides smashing in and the blood dripping down in a crucifix pose was horrifying and great practical effects from the production team.
