I've been using the knee lifter for 30 years. But I love the newer features on my 830 and 880+ too . I am amazed that my sister-in-law and a friend of mine don't even install their knee lifters. If I use their machines, I ask them to get it for me before I take the first stitch. Thank you for this great demo.

😮 May you please keep teaching us about the unique features of our sewing machines. I heard about this but didn't know what it was or how to do it. My machine is capable of this. Thank you ❤

I truly love the knee lift bar on my 770. I use it a lot when appliquéing and free motion quilting. A time saver and enhances accuracy.

The hover is also a great feature. Bernina is brilliant.

Thank you so much. The changing the pressure foot up/down to 0.0 and going to heel tap feature and turn off the tie has made me a happier camper. Thank you again.

I love my knee lift. I have had one since I bought my 170 about twenty years ago and learned to use my left foot to operate the foot control. I still use my knee lift when I use my 570. One thing I do not like about the four buttons is that the cutter button is directly above the reverse. Every time I want to reverse, I have to stop and look to make sure that my finger hits the reverse button and not the cutter button. I’ve accidentally cut my threads too often when I meant to reverse.

Hi, i‘m also afraid to chose the wrong button. So I take a thimble it, cut ist a little bit smaler and pasted it on the reverse button. Now I can feel, what kind of button I have to push to reverse.
