Great ideas! Our 2024 Audubon calendar has huge beautiful images on thick paper, so I'm putting two of the months back-to-back and sewing the sides and bottom to make a storage pouch. I figure I might as well have a pretty container to hold all the other things I make from last year's calendars!

Hi Darcy, let me begin by thanking you for subscribing to my channel. I've finally gotten here to subscribe to yours! Now I have to binge-watch several videos to get a feel for your channel....lol. You sure crammed a lot of good ideas/reminders into one video. I also needed the reminder to make coin envelopes. Often calendar page photography isn't the greatest so isolating the best part for an envelope is smart. This farm girl also appreciated the barb wire reference...lol. Thanks, Hazel

This is exactly what I needed. But I don't have any calendars ANYWHERE as all my working life the calendars were from my own company or other theatre companies. But I have a great book of all kinds of art and they have all different kinds of images in all sizes from full page to thumbnail. So I'm inspired.

I know you might not believe this, but I've had that exact mushroom page sitting on my printer stand for about a year...I love it, & thought about scanning it to print on matte photo paper for a garden journal. Great ideas as always, & hope you are doing well. xo

Don’t throw them away! They go into the paper recycling bin. Reuse/recycle lover here. I save all my paper off-cuts into a big paper bag as I’d like to try to make handmade paper to see if it works!

Darcy, this has nothing to do with this video but I've a question, can you use alcohol inks on acetate? I purchased what I believed to be acetate that I could print on but, no. It's not. Trying to find something I can do with it. Thanks in advance.
