I have watched Caitlin Clark play in four WNBA games. She is a really good player. She looks like a young player who is trying to find her way, as anyone would entering a pro league from college. last night one thing was apparent, her team is reluctant to use her strengths. Caitlin is a sharpshooter, a 3-point specialist, but her coach decided to have the tall lumbering center of the team handle the game's last shot. Clark peeled off and was open, there were only 5 seconds left, they have not won a game, why not place the ball in the hands of a great shooter...

that was a very good play drawn by the coach on that last possession (listen to the announcer). she knew that they will be coming at CC . its just AB cant finish it just like other NBA / WNBA stars who went on that situation, they don't always make it. but i got to admit AB is not in shape and looks like she enjoyed the off season without working out. look at her face at the end, she is about to cry. got to move on and bounce back!

People dumb like ya can't understand, how about Wemby even though he played well a generational alien yet his team are losing! Coz he's team is trash that's why they get 1st pick in the draft for a reason! Same with CC though but i bet they will start winning after 2 yrs, and CC would dominate this league

@@Jasoncarmen7777 When are you gonna get your head out of the clouds.....Clark will NEVER dominate this League of Super Stars..... She's not playing against teen age kids anymore. The media hyped all of this up and you and those delusional fans ran with it. Spend all the money, sell out all the games.....She will always be an average player in this League.

CC deserves credit for bringing in more eyeballs to the WNBA. This helps everyone in the league. She's a rookie of course the other players will give her that work. Big league now she'll have to earn it fr I'm scared of if she keeps losing will the league start giving her the MJ treatment. If you look at Mike wrong it's a foul😂😂

She could receive some martial arts training for obvious reasons!
Clark needs to start getting aggressive on defense, hard fouls, putting opponents on the floor, fouling out. You can only do that if you play with passion and grit, and believe me, that will pick up her offensive output also.

I don't know why the WNBA is so in love with missing layups. They need to figure that out. Tie game with 10 seconds left and you drive for a missed layup instead of kicking the ball out to Caitlin Clark to win it? Utterly insane decision making. Clark HAS TO be taking that last shot. She is the team. She is the WNBA.

Never fails. Excuses in the comments. The win is more people are paying attention but no accountability will make people leave. Self sabotaging is all I see from the league and the fans

No complaints from the owners who are seeing sold out arenas and are looking for bigger venues just to accommodate Clark. The older retired players will get over it! Pistol like Bird received the highest salaries in all sports-pistol was making 250k a game while the avg. pay was 50k. The Hawks isolated themselves from him. But the big money came when Bird recorded the highest rookie deal in sports then Magic 25 million. Older players today recognize their value to the league & are grateful plus the crazy contracts today. In the 80’s the total golf tournament was 1 million for the entire purse, now it’s up to 2 million for 1st place & every player have one player to thank-Tiger Woods. One day it will be Clark who will be recognized as the person who changed the whole salary & endorsement structure of the WNBA!
