Notre Dame head coach Marcus Freeman previews National Championship game against Ohio State

Congratulations to Notre Dame! I love Notre Dame and coach Freeman! I think he is perfect for Notre Dame and personifies what this university is truly about! With that being said, Coach Freeman, coach Rudolph and the coaching staff really need to evaluate both Rocco Spindler and the offensive line! I love Rocco, he has a ton of heart and when healthy probably should be the starter, but he isn't healthy! Rocco is going to tell you he is ok, even if he isn't! Freeman and the coaching staff need to be careful not to do a disservice to both Rocco Spindler and the team by putting him out there hurt because he clearly was not ok against Penn State and because of it, he almost got his quarterback killed. I am just saying, is it better to have a one foot Rocco Spindler, or a healthy dominate Charles Jagusah, or even a healthy Sam Pendleton, if they move Jagusah to left tackle? I think the answer is obvious! All I am saying is, first off, Jagusah needs to be out there starting somewhere! Jagusah is fresh and healthy, he adds dominance and is one of their best offensive lineman and he gives this Offensive line a higher ceiling! Also, if Rocco Spindler is hurt to the point where he is almost ineffective, or not nearly as effective as another healthy good lineman that could help this team, then this coaching staff is doing both Rocco and this team a disservice by putting him out there! It is only hurting the team, if he isn't healthy enough to actually help the team! They need to truly evaluate Rocco's health and this team and do what is best for the Notre Dame team to win! This is your chance for redemption guys!! Play smart, physical, tough, mean, disciplined, determined, courageous and wise football! Beat Ohio State and bring a National championship home! Play like a champion! We are Notre Dame! One play! One life! Stick together and play as one! Stay locked in! Have faith in God and trust in the Lord! Go Irish! God Bless you all!!
