একটু করেকশন স্যার - DA এর কনসেপ্ট উঠবে না , DA প্রতি বছর দুবার করে বৃদ্ধি পায় , একটা জানুয়ারি মাসে আরেকটা জুলাই মাসে , ওই 3 থেকে 4 % করে বাড়ে, DA এখন যেটা 53% আছে সেটা 8TH পে কমিশন এলে বেসিক এর সাথে মার্জ করে 0 হয়ে যাবে , 0 থেকে আবার সেটা নেক্সট জুলাই মাস এ 3-4% হবে , নেক্সট জানুয়ারি আবার 3-4% বেড়ে 7-8% আবার জুলাই এভাবে বাড়তে থাকবে বছরে দুবার করে । আবার এই DA বাড়তে বাড়তে 10 বছরে 60% - 70% হয়ে যাবে সেটা আবার 9th পে কমিশন এ মার্জ হয়ে 0 থেকে চালু হবে । 7th পে কমিশন আসার সময় ও DA 0% থেকে চালু হয়ে বছরে দুবার করে বাড়তে বাড়তে 10 বছরে আজ 53% এ দাঁড়িয়ে । 2025 এ আরো দুবার DA বেড়ে সেটা 60% এর কাছে চলে যাবে 8TH পে কমিশন লাগু হওয়ার আগে ।
