Colorado Springs has no station…it drops and picks up people under a bridge which is crazy.

I used to travel on Greyhound all the time and have been to Columbus, OH. The first time the bus got service in Columbus(cleaning; refueling, etc.). It was a real bus station of considerable size with restrooms, ceiling TV's, a lobby, a customer service desk, and a cafeteria. Afterwards, I had to transfer busses in Columbus. Only this time, passengers had to wait in a bus parking garage with portable bathrooms. They cleaned the portable bathrooms when I was there; the smell was HORRIBLE!

The Tampa, Fl bus station is under a bridge. No safety concern and an embarrassment for what our money paid for. SAFETY. Flix sucks. Cancelled out our bus 2xs in Ghetto Atlanta after already being there for 10 hours (bus 0105) to Tennessee. No cash refund just a Shi**y voucher to continue the use of their pathetic transportation method.

I feel sorry for the residents was disrespect for allowing Greyhound bus station without safety concerns

The residents should feel very disrespected. That bus station downtown was trash and ran down. So the city moved it to the trash and ran down part of the city away from downtown. Total disrespect.

Houston went thru the same thing. The previous Greyhounds station outside downtown attracted questionable people 24/7. They had to tear down a McDonald's across the street for this reason.

Greyhound was bought by Flix Bus, a company based in Munich, Germany, They are lacking in customer service, customer safety and over business sense for operating a company in America. Their business model is borderline illegal. Reporters need to do further research.

That's because the Europeans don't understand the American highway system due to differences between intercity travel in the US and in Europe. Trains dominate intercity travel in most European countries, whereas highways dominate intercity travel in the USA.

meh...it's really not that big of a deal...just make sure that you know exactly who the passengers are...pretty much just more out-of-towners looking for directions/employment/support

Chiller LLC did something similar...they opened Chiller North location before Franklin County Inspectors could inspect the newly constructed building/ice rink...Franklin County had to send NHL Players home, that were practicing at Chiller North Ice Rink location that day...

Greyhound should of sold the terminals with the sale. But no. The clowns from Germany didn't study the USA before they bought Greyhound. But hey remember Trump thought Greyhound would replace Amtrak. He isn't saying anything about it now.
