Oddly enough I found this exact Lugia at ThinkGeek rather than GameStop. I dunno if that was a mistake or not, but I have it and it's pretty soft.

This is paoloforteza and I Iam Lugia trainers and that’s my favorite legendary Lugia coming from Pokémon johto regions and soulsilver and I really have that games already and I caught myself legendary Lugia in soulsilver and
