Finally, after three whole years & a month, the nWo storyline has come to an end in WCW by way of... Hulk Hogan returning to the Red & Yellow and defeating Kevin Nash, thereby "retiring" him. And it happened in front of a legion of Biker Michael Likers, just like when Hollywood Hogan won the WCW Title from The Giant back in 1996. To be perfectly honest, that is ABSOLUTELY the most "WCW in 1999" way of ending the original nWo. In one way, Hogan returning to who he used to be to finish the group he helped start isn't a terrible idea, but since WCW & Eric Bischoff had no idea how to actually end the nWo it just feels bizarre, and the fact that it wasn't done in front of a traditional WCW crowd just makes it all the more fitting.

Love the look and feel of this PPV. WCW were great at presentation, made a nice change from just having arena shows. Similar to WM9, it just has a great feel. You can do a whole blunder show on just this PPV btw :)

I remember strangely enjoying this one for the most part. Curious to see if it holds up ~20 years later
