Bob mintzer un grandisimo director de orquesta y además un grandisimo xaso tenor de libro potente sonido limpio , es un genio como desarrolla, y como cuenta las bonitas melodías, que son bonitas historias del jazz de todos los tiempos, se le nota que es de los Estados Unidos cuna del jazz este grandisimo músico completo, es decir un genio hay que quitarse el sombrero y lebantarse del asiento.

Wdr big band welcomes Bob mintzer concert es maravilloso hoir ha estos profesionales de la wdr big band,,, es decir una orquesta llena de músicos prodigiosos, todos muy profesionales, y todos son internacionales yo diría los mejores del mundo,, es impresionante hoir sus conciertos, solos ho hacompañando alguna vocal internacional , fantástico da una satisfacción imposible de esplicar los subidones quete produce escuchar ha estos grandisimos genios de la música de todos los tiempos, de libro sin acento la cátedra y el doctorado,, genial sin palabras......

Johan horlen el más grande xaso alto del siglo 21, el solo de libro, se va, hala estratosfera sin pestañear,,que dominio total del instrumento, impresionante sonido limpio y muy trasparente, es decir el diamante, sus manos mágicas como su mente, como cuenta la melodia es que hace hablar al xaso y sele entiende voz nítida, como cuenta la historia sin parpadear, que fino no cabe duda que es el mejor xaso alto de nuestro tiempo impresionante este grandisimo músico sueco

Johan horlen que fino, es un libro havierto la cátedra y el doctorado lo tiene todo este grandisimo músico multi instrumentista parami es el mejor xaso del siglo 21, el solo que hacaba de hacer es de libro que fino que seguridad que elegancia como inspira ha la orquesta bamos es impresionante yo me he quitado el sobrero de muchos picos fantástico

Bob Mintzer vuelve ha cojer su xaso tenor deja de dirigir sube la orquesta ha la cima y se va solo ha la estratosfera para llevar ha la orquesta y pasearla por toda la galasia,, impresionante la sección de vientos,, es decir todos los tenores maravillosos, de libro con la cátedra y el doctorado fantástico concierto.

Such a relief to finally have Bob's masterful playing on this video - I nearly stopped watching because, sorry to say it, the alto saxes have poor intonation - it would have been so much more enjoyable if they had been nailing the pitch during their solos. I'd be surprised if it wasn't getting on Bob's nerves too, but it's something he may be able to bring into shape during his tenure

Simon Stebbings Excuse me but perfect intonation is not significant compared to a brilliant performance like this... perfect intonation is just for machines. Peace!

Sorry, but Karolinas playing with their intonation is conscious and part of their sound and their personal expression. I don't like her colleague on alto sax either when it comes to his intonation. He seems to play a very open path on his mouthpiece, but this is also tolerable in jazz and it is possible, that it is his own sound .
