I do not agree, their first albums were great, Dopes till infinity is still one of my favorite albums ever. But i can’t stand Powertrip and Mastermind, there two albums lack the sense of fun and musical subtility of their predecessors. Since their Last patrol album they are back on the right track again, but their live concerts are not as exciting as in the early days.

Dave mixed those classic psychedelic Hawkwind vibes with great songwriting and catchy hooks. Best thing a rock musician could do in the 90s... 😊😊😊

I saw them in 95 or 97 dopes to Infinitiv, it was the best rock concert in my live!!! It was in frankfurt, germany, Volksbildungsheim, genius location. Dave comes on the stage and gets a big spliff, takes some deep puffs and started the Show. Born to rock the world. (Glad their alive today!)

Killer set. I caught them way back in the early to mid 90's, opening for CoC. If memory serves, Dave was playing a Fender Strat and tossed it into the audience, cord still attached. That's fucking rock n roll.

I heard MM for the first time 30 years ago in a basement apartment in Charleston. I couldn’t quite process what was happening, that was 1995ish and the album was “Spine of God” Time warp to 2024 and they still fucking crush. Love this band!!
