@@atsmithsonOh, ok. Now that's a trickier question. Originally, of course, they used tape cartridges but at some point in the 80's they switched to digital sound and programming. I'm curious myself now...

@@atsmithsonProbably either thrown out or put in the attraction 'archives' or 'graveyard'. I suspect they used a batch of those tapes for the 1999 30th anniversary CD mix of the attraction. The audio tracks sound worn and the editing is rough. When tapes were being used for the attraction, being played for 12-ish hours a day, the tapes didn't last long and would have to be changed regularly.
