I loved all of my Newfies. They are the best. Have fun and enjoy. One of my babies lived with me in the Mojave desert and did wonderful. They can do well wherever you want.

Your little ones could ride that Newfie like a horse for a couple a years I'd say. And if you take her to a lake/river she will insist on pulling you out of the water if you get in. Probably won't let the kids near the water. Very protective of kids and used in Newfoundland (Canada) as rescue dogs.
