Going off the idea of the deltarune knife, itd be cool if there was a similar item that maybe did less damage than mom's knife, but using the spacebar charms all enemies in the room, changes the room's theme to The Dark Room, and maybe opens a red room. With the super high charge cost, or a health cost, or something like that.

I think it would be really neat if, for non-bosses, this item turns them into basic pickups instead of just killing them. 'cause of the whole Deltarune reference thing and how Darkners are items in the light world. It could maybe be balanced then by making it the only way to get pickups, so you NEED to rely on enemies dropping black hearts to use it.
