Brings back memories of buying this record secondhand, enjoying it not knowing about Wes. And till now had no idea it was written by Stevie Wonder. It is such a happy tune.

This album is simply exquisite. My friend was at these shows... One of my dream concerts. RIP, Russell - WAY too soon.

I used to run into Russell quite often when we both lived in Atlanta during the 80s. It's been a difficult weekend since hearing that he passed. He was a wonderful human being.

I listened to this whole performance probably 100 times but it must have recently been taken down. Such a great performance. The two of you playing together was perfect! R.I.P Russel

I am sad to see it was taken down. Such a great show with Whitfield joining in at the end. Wish it could resurface somehow.

This performance was just last year ? How so much could transpire in a short span of life … that we would be losing RUSS MALONE 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 He’s so full of life here … who , under the sun , could even imagine he’d be gone so soon …. TOO SOON 🙏🏽
