Well I'm going on Arvia in October and I went on Ventura in 2016 and I see you said you prefered Ventura. I didn't enjoy my Ventura cruise as much so now I'm worried 😂

Arvia is an amazing ship, you will have a great time. I just prefer smaller ships xxxx

We are due to sail on the ventura in oct. I've read so many negative reviews about the ship that I'm hoping we've got nothing to worry about🤞

@chocoholic832 we enjoyed ventura it was our first time on her. The staff were amazing, we didn't find anything to complain about. Go with an open mind and dont worry about reviews.

@kay7924 Thanks for the reply. I can't wait to go. Just concerned about all the queuing & quality of food. Was on the Aurora in 2008 & had a lovely strawberry daiquiri, so I'm hoping it's on the cocktail list 😁

When I’m wandering off the ship by myself, ie not on a ship’s excursion I confirm with a crew member how many hours before I need to be back on the ship then set a timer on my phone for an hour less. I figure then there can’t be confusion re ship time and port time .

Just finished a 10 day on ventura, it was great. I double checked by watch against the ship's time (channel 21 on the TV) before disembarking in port
