Yess Lizzy’s was the best. Just got off the Viva last week of March. Was out and on the beach in St Maarten at 10am!!! 😅 no crowd for me. And didn’t go with the first vendors that ran up to me for a chair I walked down and found lizzys! Glad I did!

Good question 🤔 Not completely sure, but I believe so. Have never attempted to bring food. Drinks is a different matter. They typically allow.
