I could barely stay up for new years, and right as the time changed I got my kiss and went to bed!! Aspyn, try taking the melatonin 15-20 min before heading to bed. It's a relaxation pill, not necessarily a sleep pill. But I always have trouble sleeping when I have exciting news too! Happy new year! Aspyn, I tried so many different kinds of melatonin because none of them seemed to actually work. Get the Natrol brand. Make sure you get the dissolvable. They come in 5mg and 10mg. They work SO WELL
