Which house would you choose to flip?? Context for the 3 we showed.. #1 - has the most room for growth. has a higher chance of making a profit once flipped due to the neighborhood and area. #2 - was about finished as far as what could be done. could install a fence and that would up the value but the area is not so good so couldn’t make much from it. #3 - Had room for change and growth but the area also caps the potential. 👀👀👀👀

Psalm 23 is such an important scripture for me. 3 generations of women in my family spoke this over me constantly as a young child and it is an piece of scripture that dwells permanently in my heart and brings me peace. Now being a mom of 1 daughter and soon to be another, I continue that tradition but also memorize so much more to speak over them. I pray that Hudson also feels that same peace as he recalls your voice and the scripture.

I loved house #2! It felt a lot brighter, more open and more modern. I definitely understand the stress of having to figure out your living situation- my husband and I are walking through that as well. Praying you all find the best house for your precious little family!

We've had several power outages here in Puerto Rico, beloved! But God is just so faithful! I worshipped through it with my children and then the power came back on! God is just so good! And meditating on God's Word is literally the greatest blessing cuz it keeps your eyes on God and your affections on things above! God strengthens His children through His Word, especially the circumstances of God push us to trust God more because then you see God do it! 🔥 So be blessed, Chelsea! I've really been encouraging God's people cuz the enemy is a liar and He's tried to isolate and discourage God's people! But we're stepping into a new season of plenty and answered prayers! So whatever requests you have, leave them before the throne of God and be bold as the Lord is working to bring those things to pass and much more! The Lord restores our soul, mannnnnnn, that's a whole word sis! When the enemy has attacked you from every angle and tore you apart, that right there is absolutely TRUE! I can testify to the Lord's faithfulness in restoring and redeeming and healing! ❤️

Me and my husband recently memorized psalm 91 as well so I was saying it a long with you lol! Also I’m not a mom yet but I am super busy and this definitely gave me a revelation of memorizing scriptures and having them on my heart throughout the day if I don’t get a proper quiet time 🥰 And lastly praying that the Lord will make it a seamless transition into your new home with high favour 🙏

#1 seems cozy and could be updated pretty well, especially if the area is nice. #2 the yard is huge and love how updated it is. #3 seems pretty good but may not have great natural lighting for videos if that matters. Praying for yall in this crazy quick window of making big decisions. buying a home is HARD!

Chelsea, thank you for sharing your thoughts on your time with the LORD and memorizing Scripture! I can beat myself up not spending proper time in HIS Word because of recent circumstances too, but we have to remember the Bible doesn't save us, JESUS does! And that reading HIS Word is to grow closer with HIM so in different seasons of life we grow closer through prayer or listening or reciting HIS Word! @Anna Z: It can be scary when the enemy tries to make you worry! I know God is faithful and He will make a way. I have to keep pushing those worries away and remember to wait and trust in Him. I live near Dallas/Fort Worth area, it's renting is ridiculously high even for purchasing. But I have to believe God can find one for us as we have to move out as well. Yes, nothing is impossible for Him and I come in agreement with you as well as favor for an open door to find a home in Dallas area. God bless y'all!🙏😇

Oh man, praying over your housing situation, Chelsea!!🙏🏻That’s rough. The market IS crazy rn, and we were just told our rent will be going up $500 more a month.😵‍💫The Lord is providing a basement to live in at our friends’ house for really low cost so we can save for a house. We’ve come to the same conclusion that it doesn’t make the most sense to put our money into inflated rent prices. Hopefully the prices come down soon for buyers- I know Washington state is CRAZY- it’s about 500k-700k for a 3 bedroom.😱🤯 It’s a weird season of life but I can definitely see God moving, trying to trust Him and know that He’s looking out for His children.😌🙌🏻🤍Praying for the Lord’s peace & guidance for you guys.

I liked #2 most. I know it's an investment, but I also think you should like what you have in case something crazy happens. They're all nice but I've been stuck in a position before where plans changed and if you're going to own it it can end up being permanent.
