Preventing the introduction of invasive species to Genovesa island for example a still pristine intact ecosystem free from all invasive species except the human Cruise Tourists who are allowed to visit terrestrial sites on Genovesa are just a ticking time bomb for unintentional introductionof of invasive species resulting in the need for Restoration and Extermination efforts in the future (expensive initiatives).
