Have your daughter chew a gum during pressure changes esp. when the plane is climbing and descending. Chewing a gum will stimulate more saliva so she can swallow often. Have her yawn and move her jaw to open up the ear tubes so to equalize the ear pressure.

Is that the sister of Jelena? Coz if so, I was thinking same. I didn’t notice before, & of course children are always changing, but I saw her aunt a bit in lovely Emma’s countenance in this vlog. But I’m pretty new, so haven’t been viewing them a lot until recently. /Ms. J sed they as a fam are good plane neighbors; I bet the children are good neighbors anywhere: planes, trains, automobiles, playgrounds, classrooms. They are very well behaved children, little I’ve seen but I think one can tell. They have very open demeanors, can see they have no….tendency to act out. They also seem so comfortable world traveling, at ease. But they don’t look jaded, at all. /The person who waved into camera on floor made me smile.

Yes, it is very important to have insurance when you travel especially overseas! Good on you and kids. Enjoy your holiday in the Philippines. I tried to chew bubble gum when landing and take off! Keep all your things safe or bags closed all the time when you are in the Philippines.

I've always had pain in my ears whenever landing so much that I would cry. What worked for me is that right before you descend, I forced myself to yawn a few times and swallow saliva a few times. It kinda releases the change in air pressure and has helped. Hope this would work for Emma too. Stay safe and enjoy your stay here in the Philippines 🥰
