Yes you can take some allergy medicine but ask your doctor in China which ones are ok for pregnant women. In the USA only one brand is ok to take . Normally they give you a list what you can take

You look very cute pregnant ❤ funny, I weigh more now then when I gave birth to my 3 children. I only gained 16lbs each baby. We have tiny babies in our family. I feel so fat now. That's sad to be fatter than when you're pregnant 😭 I think you will carry like I did. I had all girls. Only gained weight in tummy.
