And if you don’t believe us when we say the racism in Canada is getting out of hand, all you have to do is scroll the comments below. Canada clearly has a BIG Islamophobic and racism problem rooted in society.

Racism is a two way street. Islamic people can say hateful threatening comments towards our people and the Jewish community. I suppose hateful rederic is acceptable from your people. Illegal protests, vandalizing our churches threatening the Jewish community. You seem to forget you came to our country. If we went to your country and spoke against Islam we would be punished by execution. You obviously dispise the western world yet you expect our social system to provide you with every single benefit. Canada is getting out of hand how dare you. You are out of hand.

You look like nice and reasonable people but come on. Complaining that there is no Islamic Environment in a non Islamic country is exactly the problem why a lot of people want you to go. I am born in a non Islamic country and do not want to live in a Islamic country. Why do other people 1st, 2nd or 10th generation from Islamic countries feel the need to change my country to an Islamic one while you have plenty of places to go. Stop complaining, pack you bags and be happy somewhere else so everybody can be happy. ( My opinion does not mean that I am oke with people attacking you or your children. Hurting people is never an answer. )

Glad to see you leave. As a child of muslim refugee parents, I was born in Canada and love this country and what it has done for my parents and myself. I would not have the high quality of life that I do now if I were in my parent's home country, which to this day is still at war. I hope more muslims like you who live in western countries leave instead of complaining and trying to make it more Islamic. Canada is not an Islamic country, it is a country for all so there will be things the government or non-muslims do that don't align with Islam. That's the price you pay for living in a peaceful country.

As Allah (swt) has said; this religion (i.e. Islam) is the only religion of truth; and the reason why he has sent us this deen is “in order for it to be dominant over all other religions.” Thus, Allah (swt) never sent us this deen as a mere spiritual belief. I think this is a wonderful idea. I truly feel most Muslims would be happier living in Muslim countries. Muslims who come to Western countries, and want to try to change them, are fighting a loosing battle and it just makes it so unpleasant for everyone. The two cultures do not mix at all, so unless you can, or want, to assimilate into the society….. it is always better to move to the place that fees like home, and has the values you want to pass on to your children. I wish more Muslims in the Western nations would take your lead. Best of luck to you on your journey.

@@finding13emo The southern region of Thailand has a large number of Malay origin inhabitants due to the historical nature of the area. The Pattani Kingdom, an Islamic Malay kingdom, was established in the 19th century and later annexed to Siam. Most Thai Muslims are of Malay descent, reflecting the common cultural heritage Thailand's southernmost provinces share with Malaysia. Culturally, the Malay-Muslims of Southern Thailand belong to the Malay world, but politically they are part of the Thai nation-state. The Deep South in Southern Thailand is a predominately Muslim area of Thailand, embracing Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat and Satun provinces. About 80 percent of the residents of these provinces are Muslim of Malay descent. Most speak Yawi, a Malay dialect.

Sister, Muslims revere the people of the Book, as Christians are called. And the love and respect our 2 faiths have for Prophet Jesus (peace be upon him) who Muslims believe God raised unto Him to save from a cruel fate, to await beside the Creator until returning to earth to bring people back to the worship of the one Creator. We Muslims and Christians should not let our differences in how we hold our respective beliefs about Jesus (PBUH) from loving each other in faith.

But it make sense though. when moving in a country that has different culture/and religion than yours you can't expect them to chance their why of life for you. Just like you cannot make Canada or any other none muslim country muslim it also applies to some muslim countries as well. you can't just move into a muslim country and expect them to change their culture so it matches yours(To Christianity) for example. You either get assimilate or you struggle unless you succeed. Of course you should have freedom to practice your religion and beliefs.

I didn't realize hearing the azan five times a day was a blessing so many Muslims longed for, but now that I think about it , I think I'm truly blessed to be living in a Muslim country and will I be able to live without this beautiful sound enriching my soul fives times a day? I'm not so sure.

Is Azan similar to when churches used to ring the bells to call in their flocks? If so, I would welcome it. The bells are beautiful and I think it would add to the beauty of our city to have the local mosque do something similar. Everyone deserves to hear the call that uplifts them.
@iamagirl9938

@@LadyVineXIII The Azan isn't particularly an instrument like church bells. It's a recitation of phrases usually done by an Imam, though it can be any male, through speaker phones at mosques and it's meant to make people aware of prayer time and serves as a call to prayer.

@LadyVineXIII yes the adhan is simular to church bells. They are telling people it is time to do your prayers. Church bells aren't just before the service. Normally at 18u you have the prayer, at 21u you have a prayer, you have the morning prayer at 6u30 or 7u, you have the midday prayer at noon. And that is where the advantage comes. But for Muslims it is important to hear the advantages as the hours change every day. I know for 1 thing that when I am in Morocco and here the adhan everywhere around you from all the majids, it is so beautiful. I love to here the church bells, but the adhan goes really into yourself... it is hard to describe as a non English person. It's so beautiful... and it warms my heart that everywhere in the world Muslims are praying... where I live there are no adhan either and it is hard to do your prayers...

It’s ironic that many Muslims - like this couple - complain about the lack of diversity for their religion in the countries they live in though their religion explicitly not allow any kind of diversity in the context of a Islamic state. I am a born and proud Roman Catholic and love your videos. In Cape Town South Africa Christians and Muslims live in harmony and in most families there will be one or the other denomination in a family. I grew up in a neighbourhood where the call for prayer from the local Mosque could be heard. It was all part of growing up. Our Church Bells rang as well. Everyone accepted it. Of course there will always be grumpies in some areas, very few I may add who complain but they are shutdown by the rest of the community. We too have Malls with prayer rooms. Our private hospitals have a prayer room for all denominations with a mat for Muslim patients. Yes our country might have a bad reputation for the usual world wide issues but in Cape Town we continue our lives at our own pace. May the God Almighty Bless you on your new adventure.
