Yes, considering it's meant to see in the infrared Spectrum? We've seen those dazzling images of Jupiter and Uranus. They appear as White ghosts in a black background of space. Planet 9 should appear as a bright white orb where nothing is supposed to be as far as our understanding of the solar system. It will be a clear giveaway. But if it has this crappy gigantic elliptical orbit , it may be difficult if not impossible to spot if it's at aphelion. Simply because we just wouldn't know where to point jwst.
