We Are Overcomers | Nomazulu Hadebe

John said, "You are of God little children and have overcome them (anti-Christ spirits) because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. For whatever is born of God overcomes the world and this is the victory that overcomes the world - OUR FAITH." 1 John 4:4
Queen Esther's story is a beautiful depiction of how God positions us to dethrone evil spirits.
Esther received the favour of God which positioned her at a high level of a kingdom where she was a foreigner. As the queen, she had at her disposal every resource she could ever need for the assignment God gave her. She reigned at a time of imminent danger for God’s people and God blessed her to be a blessing.
Likewise, we, as the body of Christ Jesus, have found the grace of God that translated us from the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of God's dear Son. We are equipped for every good work because God has given us everything that pertains to life and godliness (2 Pet. 1:3).
Through Christ Jesus we rule and reign even in these perilous times we live in.
With all the empowerment from the Lord, we are exhorted to take our rightful place and stand for the Kingdom of God. We are His Holy Nation (1 Peter 2:9).
We can have the confidence to stand if we understand who we are in Christ. First John 4:17 declares, "Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgement; BECAUSE AS HE IS, SO ARE WE IN THIS WORLD."
Christ is the victorious King of Kings, seated at the right hand of God, waiting for His enemies to be made His footstool by His body, the Church (Psalm 110:1).
It is therefore imperative for the children of God to come out from the world and be separate to effectively wage a good fight of faith. Just like Queen Esther had to reveal her true identity to the King to save her Nation, we have to take up our true identity.
