I saw a job advertised at a University in Brighton a few months ago. I was a perfect fit, perhaps over qualified. The last bit of the advert said 'we are an equal opportunity employer and would look favourably on applications from people of minority background. It may as well have said 'no white, straight, men'. The diversity and inclusion laws should be scrapped. They are just discrimination dressed up.

I work for a northern (non Russell group) University in England, here is their statement at the end of each vacancy: 'We encourage applications from the broadest range of society, including all under-represented groups with particular emphasis on Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic candidates, who are currently under-represented in our University and in comparison, to the sector.' Then - surprise surprise! we often get weekly staff 'Global' emails, stating that the University is struggling to find 'QUALIFIED and suitable' academic and non-academic/support staff to fill the required roles.............. This country is too busy apologising for being the United Kingdom. Presently people want to be here, yet it works to advantage to historically critique the country they’ve sought to live, thus rejecting what it is to live in this country. Supporting a group of minorities for votes, creates division. I shall never apologise for wanting to live in a country where I can converse in the native language English. Pray in my church, that was built centuries ago. I hope I see the day Reform comes into power. They are the party where you feel proud to be born here, as my ancestors were. My ancestors helped build this country, served to protect it during wars. I shall never feel ashamed or apologise for the sacrifice they made. Yes. Hundreds of thousands of people are now employed in the Diversity Equity and Inclusion industry across the public and private sectors. These people are employed to routinely and systematically discriminate against any individual who cannot claim some sort of 'minority' status. At the same time, people who might be described as 'white, native British' are discriminated against to cater for the needs of hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants. It seems the sense of frustration and anger is now everywhere, and will soon reach breaking point. The livelihood of thousands and thousands of people now relies on the DEI industry. What will these people do when all government targets have been met?

I have been trying to get a new job for over a year, after I was forced out of the MEDICAL sector thanks to being labelled 'transphobic' by a patient who didn't change her profile to say MR instead of MISS. In the next general election, I predict that the Reform and Cons will have to come together to form the majority, Nigel could pick up more than 125 seats, the cons could pick up 180 which would be 305, so maybe more likely a hung Parliament, even if they get the support of the NI loyalists it still won't get to the 20 more seats needed. So Reform and the cons best have start to draw up plans for such a scenario.

Last week on a bus going through Shepherd's Bush, a bunch of roadman types came on and because (somewhat unusually) more than half on the bus were white, one of them loudly commented ''look at all the EDL community''. The group were all of one colour themselves. Growing up in the Midlands in the 70s-80s groups of mates were a mix of races, there wasn't such separatism. You can see it in music too from late 70s to the 90s, groups were also mixed, from UB40 through to rave in the 90s, nobody cared about peoples' ethnicity. Now I work in retail in London and my younger colleagues ask customers what their ethnic background is, to start conversation and find common ground, this would never have been done back then. It's weird. As to DEI, well as long as people are paid as DEI officers or whatever, it will be a racket for them and even when there is sufficient diversity and equality, they will claim there is more to do, as otherwise they will be out of a job.

A sensible definition of far right was Nazi , Neo-Nazi, or fascist, which was the old definition, but the modern definition is anyone to the right of woke, and by that defiinition at least three quarters of the country is far right. We must have a defnition, otherwise far right can mean anything you want it to mean.
