The new outdoor kitchen area looks as if it is going to be lovely. And it's great to hear that both Isabella and Gillian are heading to Cebu together, though I'm sure there will be a few pupils from their school too so there will be a group of batch mates starting their college life together.

JEMILINA my friend the inner part of the wood is very fast to rotten of termite.we called it AGAY-AY, maybe you can put SULIGNOM in the white part of the lumber.

Gmelina post would be resistant to termites but not to moisture, its wise to have it treated. What did is Silignum mix diesel oil at 1:1 ratio then treat it with diesel again after a week or so. You can have the bottom yard with tar or used motor oil.

HI Adam and Jane, I completely understand about health issues. Before I moved to Southern Leyte I had a bunch of health issues. Since moving here I have gotten much better. So true, stress can be deadly. I'm working here in the USA, and my job is very stressful. Most of my money goes to doctors and medicine, even though I have insurance. Everything is expensive here. I'm going home soon even without money.

Hi Adam, Jane and Isabella., i have been looking at your old videos prior to departure from UK. Can't have been easy making the break? Btw, what happened with Suki? Our Inday, Alexa, will be studying medicine at Cebu commencing towards the end of next year or early 2026. Same age as Isabella, i hope they will meet up, who knows. We will be back on Cebu late next year, for good, back in our home at Sogod. We'll stay in touch Adam, you're welcome to come and see us. Bob and Lina.

Suki was rehomed with someone we and she knew. She was unfortunately too old to travel with us. One of the hardest decisions we ever had to make. We miss her still.

Stress can make GERD worse but not the cause. Even with no stress she still has bad acid and pain. We do need to work out things to help her 😊

@@AdamandJanesLifestyle in my case coz i had that same illness before in my 30s, i dunno if u were able to read my previous comment in a previous vlog! I had that gastrointestinal disorder, the mouth of my upper intestine had already wounds i know because i was so anxious of anything in short deep thinking n stress my minds out i got that!! I just surrendered it to God, take some vitamins, drink green tea, soft diet only fish no meat n soft veges & i eventually healed!! I got all tge antacids n all medications to no avail! i got hopeless but God heals with proper diet n vitamins & to God be the glory i am Now 59 almost senior!! Thank God i stop worrying! I was so thin before now i got a good weight!🙏🙏🙏who knows it will apply to you!!🙏

There are lots of options for health insurance and it's best to speak with a financial planner to make sure you find the best cover etc.

Sorry my friend but I don't quite understand. Do you mean my kids health and mine or all kids? Absolutely everyone has the right to their own food choices. Personally we all, as a family, eat wisely. Jane though has several conditions which mean she has to be extra careful.

@@AdamandJanesLifestyle ok when I went to Philippines I always eat fome my home I don't eat junk food because its so bad and give me bad experience even big mall food SM kalamba .. I got food poisoning only I eat nachos so .. kids .its not about my kids or ur kids its about every one's kids ever one need to learn about food safety. I have see some people use cocking oil look like black in colour. How much u talk about food safety know one practically do it. its not about ur came from another country or another world specialy we need to teach about this because HACCP IS more important in helth condition.

@@philippinesmassu7245 as a foreigner here it's not my place and everyone has freedom to choose the food they want. All we can do is choose what we eat and yes we will eat out. There are great people here who cook wonderful foods. You can't negatively paint everyone with the same brush.
