Sorry to hear that diagnosis. Ecoli is no easy feat to overcome and very serious indeed. This is why since moving here I have invested first in a water purified system for the house and always wash thoroughly your fruits and vegetables with water and soap (LOL) yes I do that. Those veges and fruits you have in the garden especially, if you use chicken poo or fertilizers, they are bacteria full. When going out always have then cook your meats to the max or well done. Your look a bit better from the last vid where you looked flushed and out of it. GL hope you get well soon.
