The part of the chant that sounds discordant "sweet loving dogs of the........" is the part that can be general to the whole Fraternity and the blank filled in with "Mighty Que Psi" (as Bro. Black did in this video,) or customized to a Brother's specific chapter, e.g. "Bloody Psi Psi" (like some of the Brothers on the sidelines were doing). Therefore, when you get a large group of Ques from different chapters from around the world together (like the Conclave in New Orleans,) out of habit, Brothers may end up chanting their chapter's name at that part, the way we learned it. I fought the same urge while watching the video and chanting with Bro. Black.
