She only saw him twice, the first time when her village was being destroyed and she watched him reveal himself to kneel to his "father". The second time, she must had seen him during the battle of the windmill as she cast her spell, and she would have thought he'd be dead which of course he isn't. He never saw her at all. He could smell her at the church place, but he couldn't find her. Yet we fans know that they are meant to be together! And unfortunately, we're never gonna see it happen. :(

I disagree. He has been brainwashed since he was 6 years old to be fair. He knew nothing else. I believe he will have an amazing redemption arc, which he has already started at the end of the first season. I believe nimue and lancelot are two sides of the same coin and would make a beautiful pairing but to each their own. Ship and let ship.

I'm perfectly comfortable with Lancelot ending up with a human person or something that's not fae or someone like him who betrayed his race. I don't want to ignore the brainwashing but I also don't think that absolves him of all accountability. But yeah. Ship and let ship.
