We are thrilled to manage this Community in this wonderful renovated building

“Our main goal in this Barcelona ancient building is helping the owners to feel as comfortable as possible at their new homes, offering all the services they need, specially looking after the building, so it can conserve its arquitectural historic elements in the best shape possible thru the years.
Our “know how” on managing new buildings will help us finding solutions on the maintenance of new technology elements such as the aerotermia system but also protecting the art elements on the communal zones as the colored stained glass, moldings, hydraulic floors and the wrought iron elements. From writing the communal statutes since elaborating the communal first budget, we’ve been able to help the community to come to a live since the beginning.
We’ll give all our expertise to give even more value to this wonderful project, protecting it like this building deserves.
As @arturstabinsky, Coldwell Banker Anteris, was explaining too, this great project was a goal from a lot of professional who were taking more than 2 years to refurbish all the spaces and trying to restore the original sense of this arquitectural jewel
