I am Ukrainian and I had a lot of thoughts about the war. I know different perspectives, historical traumas and events of both Ukraine and Russia. Sometimes you have no choice if someone is attacking you… You have to protect yourself because if you don’t, you will lose your freedom, your identity and simple human rights. Of course as Ukrainian I am dreaming about peace with Russia. We don’t want war but we also can’t lose our freedom. It’s a hard trial in our life. I’ve noticed a lot of kindness in Ukrainians during this tragedy. People started to help each other, started to sacrifice their lives to save others. It is strange to say, Ukrainians started to love and respect each other more.

As a teacher, I was at times called to engage in difficult situations. As I headed into these meetings, I always asked for help from the Divine asking that whatever was to come be done in the greatest compassion and that I be given the words needed to bring peace and harmony to all. I entered sending a certain energy into the room ahead of me and my prayer never failed me. It was such a blessing to have that love flow through and resolve many, otherwise hurtful circumstances.

Yes! We must say the words to get the help. My prayer is almost just like yours. It has slowed time for me and saved me from slamming into a concrete barrier on the highway because I called out for the help! I have been saved so many times I've lost count. Our circumstances are different and I can imagine the situations you are called into must be difficult. I'm happy that you have your prayer to ask for the compassion and the words!

So true, we are all feeling the unsettled energy, challenges that feel even more challenging, there is a lot of frustration and anger in so many people right now and it’s easy to be sucked into the negative realm, I try so hard to live a life that is peaceful and with gratitude but I do at times get sucked back into the conflict and feel the anger and the need to defend or react to those who are negative. I am so pleased that after all the work I have done on my growth that I am now able to take that breath in the Walmart isle and retract from the conflict so much more than I will forever have to work on it but I have to be responsible for myself and for the collective as a whole to bring about the changes we need in this world. People are projecting their pain onto you. I used to work in a city emergency room as a nurse and also came from a very toxic family. I have been threatened, punched in the head, peed on, scratched, spit on, in the course of my career. My mother was also abusive, mostly emotionally but also physically. People who live in their own unrelenting misery, and choose not to learn, like to, even enjoy, spreading misery in the world. I feel sorry for these people because they are constantly hurting themselves, accumulating karma that they will have to experience.

I once was blessed with a pullet who had social anxiety disorder, I one day brought her with me as I was at the lake she couldn't bare to be on the shore alone so the people where daw to her and all day she healed as she assisted those who held her with there healing. This was a great video, I don't think that there are many people who haven't had a flash of anger with the Russian government. It's very clear that getting angry won't change the situation other than inflame it. It is a very heartbreaking situation, but there are so many people and I mean ordinary people standing with the Ukranian people, sending their time, their place, their money, practical things as well as their love. I recently went to a local charity near me, to find them closed for the week whilst they were busy loading vans to take stuff out to help the displaced people. It is heart stopping to see the Russian people standing up, the Russian Astronauts wearing Ukraine colours in the space station as one of the greatest examples of the stand against the Russian governments actions. This war can only end one way and it won't be anything how Mr P wants it to. As difficult as that may seem to some, it's a certainty because people know that war doesn't work and we are all very tired of this out of date practice of old energy and mindset. It's not about winning or losing its about learning and if people haven't felt that way before, they are begining to have their eyes opened to it. Even those Russian soldiers fighting their Brothers & Sisters in Ukraine feel the nonsensical bloodshed. In fact, I hope they put down their arms and refuse to continue. That will be the greatest act of bravery in modern times. The people of Russia have far more power than they realise and its much greater than their government. That applies to every nation. Everybody can make a stand & say enough is enough no more war. Thanks Michael & Suzanne and not forgetting Roo-Roo!

Peace and love has always been so clear to me! I used to get so frustrated and aggravated with people that couldn't grasp something so simple! The past 5 years have been an emotional and spiritual maturing and awakening for me. I want no more war and no more militaries to be honest. With Ukraine and Russia being discussed so should the USA our government is full of war criminals. I still get very sad as that is part of being human but am able to pull myself out of it!

This is so perfect, you two! (or three, including Roo 😉🐓) What a wonderful wonderful conversation and sharing, and the two exercises at the end have left me moved and with tears in my eyes. I am very thankful. And at least two fun things to share your connection with that. When Susanne introduced to the “car wash“ chakra cleaning, it’s very much reminded me of a similar visualization another woman does, where are you picture a screen, like a grid, moving up from below your feet through your legs and knees and torso and up to your neck and head and out, the grid of light and energy loosening any knots and gently taking with it anything that’s ready to move on, and then tying that screen up into a bundle and sending it off to the stars :-) Or something like that! :-) And as we were beginning the second bit and Susanne had just turned on those handheld no speaker things, outside the church bells were ringing, a long drawn out ringing of church bells at noon time here in my town in Germany. Felt connected :-). Of course. We are all connected. ❤️🔆❤️

We see that the denial of the divine in all and everything is the main problem we have . We are all one and we all have the presence of the divine in us seeking recognition . In some it is more apparent in others less so . We as humanity seek to divide and judge each other which usually at its most extreme results in the killing of each other as we see in the Ukraine . We can call the divisions by name , nationality ,race,sexual orientation , age, political views , religion ( a big one ) , status ,the list goes on . The difficulty being in this density is how to separate our empathy with those who suffer together with the injustices and tyranny we see against being sucked in or indeed turning our heads away . One of the greatest teachers was Jesus who felt that suffering deeply ,he also taught love and forgiveness against fear . I would add it is hard to consider such matters when you are being bombed and you’re children are dying in front of you . We must recognise the pain that we are creating and choose the alternative one of light and love . For me I ask Jesus Christ and through him the creator and I refuse to cast those out who take a different path whether recognising God or not . We all need the help of God at this time using our gift of free will and have more love . Namaste
