I recently took my dad to Rosalie for the first time and he loved it so much! We were gonna go back Friday night but alas. We made sure to make a reservation for our January trip, though! I do prefer their autumn/winter menu to their spring/summer menu, but only in the sense that the chicken dish I get changes to something I don't like as much xD Ate their a couple times now and have only had stellar service, but I'll be prepared for it not always being that way!

Loved the video Sam! The restaurant seems to be lacking a couple of things. Mickey and friends and waiters dancing on tables! I.e fun!

Ate dinner here with my mom last week and wasn't impressed. We did the three course price fix. The French onion soup and creme brulee were very good but the cordon bleu was incredibly dry to the point neither of us finished it. The pasta with the cordon bleu was bland. Service was fine and the restaurant was comfortable and pretty. There isn't much choice at Disney Village right now so I won't say to avoid it but don't expect to be wowed.

Lovely review. I find that unattentive service can really yank me out of the Disney experience, so I'll probably avoid this place, like I avoid most of the counter service locations in Paris lol. Anthony is a joy to watch, your chemistry is great together!

Hi Sam. I was so excited to try this restaurant in October this year after all the great reviews I saw! The food was good but the service was terrible!! When we arrived, we were sat at a table close to the kitchens. We heard our waitress complain about that because we were not close to other people eating there (I only saw 3 or 4 other tables taken so the restaurant was pretty empty). We waited 10 minutes for the menu, 20min for someone to take our order, another 20min for the starters to arrive. Then, we waited 30min for our mains to be served. We skipped deserts because we had been in the restaurant for 2 hours at this point (precious time lost in the parks as we only visit once a year during two days). I would only recommend Rosalie to people who are not visiting the parks or if they come the DLP often!

Eh, the food's better than most of the other places out there. As an American, I found that yeah the service was not as effusive as the on property places, but in my opinion on average the food we had at Rosalie tasted better than the other sit down places. The best food was probably those stalls that are near Small World or Ratatouille

My mom and I went here and had high hopes but unfortunately the service was terrible. True we are American and do not speak much French but we were ignored for about 15 or 20 minutes with no drinks, greeting, etc. My mom enjoyed her soup. I was not very hungry and just had some fries. Might have ordered more or come back again but the service embarrassed me because I wanted my mom to be happy and she was mistreated.

If you consistently have 'poor' service then you are the common denominater. Try being nice to staff. Your comment actually says... "I'm rude to servers in bars and restaurants and my name is Karen. Bring me the manager, because I'm gunna have your minimum pay job"

@JulieWallis1963 I was waiting for a comment like this. From someone who does not know me. I am super friendly, I work in hospitality and I know how hard it is. I never complain to the staff, I am never rude. I’ve never had a bad run of customer service outside of Disneyland Paris. WDW never any, my day to day life very rarely. But thank you for your comment and for acting like you know me.

Sadly we had an awful experience here on the 12th Dec for a birthday celebration. The server was rude and aggressive. Our food went to the wrong table, the server took one plate away to the kitchen and then left the other in front of the person for 15 mins as he waited for his friend’s food to arrive. The server then took the plate from him and gave it to us, along with the original plate that was taken away. Food was stone cold. No bread or glasses for the bottled water we ordered. Worst experience ever in a restaurant, and feel really insulted. The server was quite aggressive so felt we couldn’t say anything, so we paid and left promptly. We left feedback, but Rosalie’s haven’t gotten in touch apart from to ask for a review. Go to Earl of Sandwich and save your money!
