As a 45 year old I'm sure I'm not a big part of your normal demographic but I love watching yall and recently yall have become my only podcast I listen to or watch. I wanted to come on here and say I'm so proud of you Issac as someone who was 150lbs or under until my 30s which with a health problem it quickly jumped up into the 300lbs in 10yrs although I have a heart issue and not diabetes I've recently got put on a no sugar diet along with everything else to try and control my weight without over doing my heart and I know its not easy. Keep up the good work at your age I'm not sure if I could've handled not having snacks with sugar because I'm struggling just smelling them and not having any now.😂😂

How glow sticks work... Most glow sticks are made with a plastic outer casing with a small glass tube inside the outer tube is filled with dye and a chemical called diphenyl oxalate the inner tube contains hydrogen peroxide when you crack the tube the inner glass tube breaks releasing the hydrogen peroxide creating a chemical reaction causing the glowing of the glowstick
