Cheddaring is the process of making cheese into cheddar, and it also adds the yellow color. Feta is a crumbly cheese so it's strage it was runny. Feta's my favorite cheese, but yes it's strong and salty.

As someone who is from Wisconsin and our life is cheese(a couple of the cheeses you tried were actually made in factories in my town), hearing your explanation of the tastes was hilarious. If you want to really test your taste buds on cheese, try limburger! The only factory that makes it in the US is just outside of the city I live in!

Boursin (the chive and shallot) is astounding in mashed potatoes or on a jacket potato... and the pasta twirled in the cheese round is actually the traditional way to make pasta Alfredo. (Cranberry Wensleydale is soo much better than the lemon and it gives me Christmas flashbacks)

I’m not the JSTU Team obviously, but I do video editing a lot. Your options depend on what you’re trying to edit on. Do you have Windows or Mac? Are you trying to edit on Phone, because there are good free apps for good ‘on-the-go’ editing that I use a lot when I’m out-and-about.

I have had the throat swelling thing not sure if it’s the same as yours but my wife and I started doing the gaps diet and it has helped extremely. I was informed that it was an acid reflux issue issue. Feels like food was stuck in my throat even when I wasn’t eating.! Check it out. Hope it helps.!
