Yo, like deadass, you need to let Frank and Kdawg bring their original teams to final fight. With your team getting extra perks before final fight is insane, you’ve pretty much guaranteed the win with extra perks and them being down the team to go against. Now if they come back and win, good on them. But they shouldn’t just get sweeped in final fight bc of bad rng.

Can we get two final fights on Sunday? I would love to see pre-E4 and post-E4, just to see if Team Sticks really had it in the bag. Obviously, post-E4 final fight gets the ultimate win, but damn this episode was crazy.

That's so heartbreaking to me. Because it's just bad rng, and they have such worse chances now. Team Mew with so many baby pokemon as enemies, team sticks with so many Megas. It just sucks. Kylies RNG with 2 Pre-megas and a primal kyogre on the one guy is so fucking brutal, like what are you supposed to do? It's not even a throw at this point.

This has actually been an insane series from a competition perspective. Started out Vinny/Rich 1-0 (and they won that first match very easily) Then 1-1 Vinny/Rich make it 2-1 Kylie/Frank go on a FOUR MATCH STREAK to make it 5-2 Vinny/Rich snipe a late win for 5-3 Then, going into the E4, it really seems like Kylie/Frank will take it if they have a plan for the Mewtwo. But as we know, that all changed this episode.

Ok wait a minute, In previous cage locke series depending on how far the series has progressed I'm absolutely positive it has always been you can revive the team that you lost but the other team or players get a perk And you only ever never revive and have to use box mons when it was way earlier in the series Ik this isn't like the thing to do in every series it was always flip flopping between those two, but since this is elite 4 it seems pretty unfair Frank just perma loses the team he's been building up since episode one and has to use PC mons giving the other team an advantage

The only other Pokémon in Gen 6 that evolves at a level above 55 besides Zweilous is Larvesta at 59, so it might not have been Zweilous, in Vinny’s defense

I know that team sticks needed some balancing cause they've been dominating, but that E4 was brutal for them, meanwhile team Mew had it pretty cruisy. Still got faith in team sticks I know Frank will try pull off something crazy

Preavios cagelocks the opposing team only get perks if the person that gets wipped keeps their team not if they replaced with other mons

I feel like both Vinny and Rich getting free perks is enough of a punishment that Frank should've been allowed to revive his team. Just from a content perspective, the final fight is going to be vastly less interesting now that Frank's team is leauges behind the other 3. Especially since on top of that team Mew now has extra perks, including a Mega Mewtwo X with items that could honestly do most of the final fight by itself.

@dr.aswinps927 its how almost every cagelocke they have ever done has worked. They have always chosen to either get a perk and let the opponent revive their team or not take a perk but keep the opponent team dead.

@@SnowLily06it’s how modern cagelockes are done but Vinny usually does them in classic fashion. I think they should’ve used the modern rules and revived his team but it is Vinny’s series.

In the future with projects like this, I think it would be best to have a fifth person as like a rule master, that way when you have questions about evolving certain mons or changing forms, you can refer to the rule master instead of asking the group and giving away what you have

Tbf they already have rules for all of the stuff they encountered that they've been working on and tweaking for years but they just didn't look at what the rules they usually use are and kept improvising.

As long as everyone in the current project agrees to the rules, I don’t think it’s necessary! Having a rule book to reference though could help for consistency though 🙂

There's several people complaining about what happened in this episode saying how it's unfair or not how it's done in other series, and it's silly. It's not unfair if that's what they all agreed upon, and they all clearly did. The worst part about the larger group of poketubers is that when one series or person does something differently than the others, comments get upset about it.

Imo it's not silly and is unfair, I do agree with you on the fact that they already set the rules for the series and they should be followed But They've always tried to set the rules up for the series from previous series and they clearly forgot what the og rule was for this scenario The current scenario gives a huge advantage to one team and a huge disadvantage to another team very late in the game to a point where it almost pre decides an outcome of a final fight there's no realm in which you can consider that not unfair

@@SleepyKurisu I think it is silly for people to get upset that a group of friends are playing a game with rules that they decided and agreed on just because it's not how it's usually done. Stuff on Vinny's channel in particular always have some sorta different rule and his attitude typically has been, screw it we're different. I'm not saying it is silly to say you prefer different rules, but the people saying there's no point in even continuing and how it ruins it are overreacting. It is fair because those rules equally apply to both teams. It sucks for the team that lost out, sure. But that doesn't mean unfair. And I heavily disagree that this makes the outcome predetermined at all. If these guys played at top tier levels, sure. Going into the episode, many people were complaining that the winner was obvious too, but the reality is these guys mess up and throw all the time and you never know what will happen. They also think of weird or unique strategies that other people wouldn't even consider. Both teams have a good shot at winning even now.

@lytethekyte unique strategies and RNG can make any pokemon battle go either way but let's not pretend team sticks has more than like a 5% chance of winning when the teams are such vastly different power levels. Mewtwo alone can one shot every single pokemon on Frank's team even without tms or items which it has both of.

@@SnowLily06 okay but crobat and kyogre are on the field. who do you target? crobat outspeeds anything else and maybe even the mewtwo and can acrobatics the mewtwo doing big damage. guarenteed 2shot. kyogre waterspouts and kills both mons potentially. It's not that it's not in their favor, but it's not as bad as everyone is acting like it is. now, if BOTH teams wiped? Theeeen I'd say it's over.

ya'll prob wont see this till the end of the series but what happened with you getting perks and frank having to remake the team was unfair. Its either he remakes and team and you guys dont get perks or you guys get perks but he retries with his same team and beats E4 and that was how it was always done. Honestly you guys have done so many cage lockes and this is your job...... (i wanna say no flame or toxicity but kinda gets annoying and then just constantly kicking them down in the second half when they were really nice when rich lost mons in the past)

We were on the spot and all agreed on what to do together! When something that rarely (if ever?) happens it’s a little harder to remember the rules even if you’ve done it a hundred times and it’s “your job”. All humans make mistakes. Stay positive 🫶🏻

Frank lost his whole team so should have kept the team and vinny and rich just get a perk, pretty sure by wiping they get the perk but he gets to keep the team(if he loses mons they dont get perks, by losing his team its better for frank cause he gets to keep it) thats how its always done, like this to give frank his team back.
