Use other pokeballs like the frost or spark ball (they can be found in Azalea Town) to give them that status if you don't have a static move and then use a status ball (found in Violet city) for a higher catch rate or use pure balls (found in cherrygove city) that have a higher catch rate if they don't have a status Ps fusion have a 3x catch rate Status and pure balls have 3.5x

There's another static to the right of Fuschia City. You need to stay in the swampy route and there are some rocks to push with strength and some water you need to surf over to enter a ghost house. It has a small puzzle, but doing it will give you a static. I think there might also be wild pokemon inside the house, but I can't remember if I had repels on or not.

Just a thought when doing these encounters try adding a lower level Pokémon with bad attacks like Tackle, Quick Attack, status moves, etc just so you can attack the opposing Pokémon and make it easier to catch them.

Dads, you have already some encounters to catch after the 7 u take in this video: (sorry for the following terribel english) !!! When u dont know the game, the following contain maybe some Mini spoilers !!! Route 15. There is a Ghosthouse with 1 regular encounter and 2 statics after a puzzle. In the safari zone is far in the east at the end of a labyrinth a static encounter. In saffron city (on night, not sure there is a special day) u can trigger a mini special event with an encounter. In the power plant, i think, in the east top, is a static encounter (not sure you really missed it but just for safe) In the Pokemon mansion is a magmar static encounter in the top of the mansion i think u missed) There should be a sidequest in Bills House with a porygon static encounter. There can be trashcan encounters. There is a cave on top of crimson city with a diffetent day static and night static encounter. 2 sidequest encounters in cerulean (old boot) and in rockos city (full evolved bug). The quest in the disco is a potencial encounter, too, but takes a lot of time. When u want to take an eye on it, check the Poster. There is a sub location by Mt. Moon, when u come from the eastern site. There is a minigame with a special encounter (but it is conectet to a condition, u maybe not fulfill) Take the train in saffron to get a bunch of new encounters :) Maybe i miss some others, but when u need new pokemon, there u can find some!

Note 2: U can get anouther encounter with the Network Adapter, when u speak with a npc in knot Islands poke Center. U can start an sidequest, when u enter Pewter Citys Museum from the left. Is a little side quest with a "special encounter"
