Mrs. Carrington is the epitome of what we all aspired to be. I got my formal introduction to French through her after taking the Common Entrance in 1978. I believe she, subconsciously, inspired me to offer personalised tuition (starting Personal Touch Language Services in 1998). Wonderful, cherished memories of a time when life held boundless possibilities!

They liked abusing children too much. I saw children brutalized by what I now know were sadists. Bad memories of some of what I saw. My aunt told me some horror stories of what she endured from teachers. Why should a child be brutalized for not knowing the answer to a question, or being late to school? So sad! 😥

I did. If memory serves me correctly, Miss Sealy was the headmistress when I was there. I would never forget when she came back from England wearing all those hot clothes and sweating like a pig.
